Haaland gets + suspect defense

Anything Kylian Mbappe ($10.5 million) can do, Erling Haaland ($10.5 million) can do better. Shortly after France’s main man scored double figures in the win over Senegal, Haaland scored 17 points in Norway’s 4-1 win over brave Iraq.

Here are our scout notes on the game with game stats from our World Cup Toolkit page.

SCOUT NOTES

  • That was vintage Haaland. He played on the sidelines most of the time (he had fewer touches than any other starter, even from Iraq), but was still where it mattered, in the six-yard box, to score Norway’s first two goals. While he isn’t often a striker who plays a major role in the game, which is sometimes criticized as a criticism of him at Manchester City, he still shows up to provide the only contributions that fantasy managers care about: attacking rebounds. He slid in from deep and scored Norway’s first goal David Moller Wolfe ($4.0 million) cross before attacking the Iraqi goalkeeper Jalal Hassan ($3.9 million) to double the lead. Hassan was denied a hat-trick late on but still managed to secure an assist for his country’s final goal Aymen Hussein ($5.3 million) into its own network.
  • Norway’s second largest fantasy selection, Julian Ryerson ($4.2 million), failed to deliver the goods. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to try. He created his team’s best three chances in all possible indirect standard situations for his country. All of them came from free kicks and corners. He was significantly more advanced from the game than Möller Wolfe, so it was annoying to see the left-back grab an assist with his only key pass of the game. The way it was Martin Odegaard ($7.7 million) Bank backed by be only corner (and key pass) of the game.
  • Antonio Nusa ($6.1 million) really caught the eye with his trickery and distribution on the left side, even if it was worthless in terms of shots and chances. Alexander Sorloth ($6.8 million) was a lumbering presence on the receiving end, although he had a few half-decent chances. One was a header that would have earned Ryerson an assist had it not been blocked.
  • On paper it seemed like a convincing win for Norway, but that was far from the truth. Two late goals brightened the score but Iraq threatened, particularly in the first half. The biggest takeaway from this game, aside from Haaland’s success, was probably how suspect both teams looked defensively. This is encouraging for the attackers from France and Senegal who next face these two nations.
  • Iraqi standouts Hussein and Ali Al Hamadi caused numerous problems for the Norwegian defense as they fired three shots each. Hussein was a threat in the air and brilliantly nodded in Iraq’s equaliser, while Al Hamadi wasted a great one-on-one chance to make it 2-2. midfielder Ibrahim Bayesh ($5.6 million) had a shot on goal brilliantly blocked while the defenders Uncle Hashim ($3.5 million) and Hussein Ali ($3.6 million) Both attempts narrowly failed. The game actually ended 11-12 in shots.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
